The NCAA tourney makes more dollars than sense

Oh, we have our argument. Under no circumstances should the NCAA or its college-prez overlords consider expanding the men’s basketball tournament.
Exhibit A: The Texas Longhorns.
Exhibit B: The North Carolina Tar Heels.
At this point, your honor, the people would ask for a directed verdict.
Texas, which blows, made the NCAA tournament with a robust 19-15 record. The Longhorns were awarded a No. 11 seed that sounds better than it is, because they first have to get past Xavier in a play-in game on Wednesday.
