How about two Halls? The current HOF, where only stats matter, and a new hall, maybe in Iowa, where the criteria not only include, but stress, character. One inductee gets in per year. That's going to be a special person, and that hall will be a true shrine, not a hall of "fame." A hall of Baseball.
